What happens after I submit a booking form?
Once you’ve booked online, a member of our team will contact you to confirm everything and finalise the schedule. Your job isn’t approved until we’ve checked in with you, so rest assured we’ll be in touch quickly.
Can I book the same day?
Absolutely! Call us on 0400 123 456, and we’ll do everything we can to fit you in — depending on availability.
Will you clean if I’m not home?
Yes — many clients provide access via keybox, lockbox, or entry code. We’ll clean and lock up afterwards. Just let us know how to secure the home ahead of time.
Do I need to supply cleaning products and equipment?
Not at all — we handle everything. We bring eco-conscious, specialist cleaning supplies and all equipment needed for the job.
What if I have a special event or unique cleaning needs?
Give us a call or note it in the booking form. We’re happy to tailor our service for special occasions, kitchen cleans, oven polish-ups, or event prep.
